Marco is an experienced real estate and capital markets professional. Prior to founding Wellmount, Marco was a member of PSP Investments' Real Estate team for nine years where he participated in acquisitions, developments, and asset management in the Canadian, US, and European markets. Marco’s main focus was on building the Canadian industrial portfolio, and was involved in several notable industrial transactions and developments. He was also involved in several other high-profile investments and developments in the office and residential sectors across Canada, USA and Europe. Marco also spent one year in PSP`s Private Equity group, focusing on LBOs, platform investing and structuring fund investments. Prior to PSP, Marco worked in Investment Banking at Desjardins Capital Markets and BMO in Commercial Banking. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and an MBA from Queen's University.
Eric is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has spent 17 years of his career in PSP Investments’ Real Estate team, where he worked on a range of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and asset management. Before joining PSP, Eric worked for 5 years at Ivanhoe Cambridge, where he was part of the regional mall asset management team. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several large asset and portfolio real estate transactions and has gained exposure to the Canadian and U.S. markets, as well as Mexico and Europe. Eric has a strong focus on office, senior living, retail, and multi-family properties, non-performing real estate loans as well as real estate and Proptech funds. Eric also worked in property management (Scott Trudeau & Ass.) and construction management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UQAM with a major in Real Estate and a technical degree in Civil Engineering.
William is an experienced operating and financial executive in the retail and real estate sectors. Since 2003, William has been a member of several Board of Directors including: NuGen Medical Devices Inc., NewLook EyeWear, Hartco Inc., Arbell Inc., Hart Stores Inc., Gemmar Systems, David’s Tea Inc. and Le Chateau Inc.
In 2003 he retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bouclair Inc., a Montréal-based retail chain in the home furnishings sector. Previously William had held senior positions at Bouclair since 1994. From 1989 to 1994, he was a partner in Cleman Ludmer Steinberg Inc., a merchant bank. From 1971 to 1989, he had a successful career at Steinberg Inc., a major food retailer and real estate company. His title at the time of his departure in 1989 was Executive Vice-President and President of the Real Estate Group and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoe Inc.
William holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (1970) and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario (1972).
